I liked that the fees were shown clearly before I paid. No weird extra charges popping up at the end??

I found what I needed quickly, and checking out wasn’t a hassle. Not much else to say, it all just worked.

I got my tickets through TDF the seats were way better than I thought they’d be for the price. The view was clear and we were close enough that it didn’t feel like we were missing anything. Maybe they had extra good seats to fill that day or we just got lucky, who knows. Either way, I was pleasantly surprised and I’d definitely use it again.

TDF was really easy to work with. I appreciated how their emails spelled out each step clearly, like when my order was received, when it was being processed, and what to expect next. I never had to chase anyone down or guess where things stood, and there weren’t any confusing instructions or surprise charges. Everything felt straightforward and smooth. Well... I tried signing up for tdf, but the eligibility rules ended up being way too narrow for me. I spent time reading through everything only to find out I didn’t qualify, which was frustrating. I’m sure it might work for some people, but for me it just felt like a waste of time.

It worked well overall, and the access help was useful when I needed it. I just felt a little stuck sometimes because things were kind of slow, and of course that seemed to happen when I was the one trying to get something done quickly.
